Throughout her career, Jessica has worn many hats, from leading grassroots initiatives to steering major organizational projects. Her expertise spans across various leadership roles, where she's honed skills in strategic planning, program development, and community engagement. She earned her Masters in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida, where she solidified her commitment to making a tangible difference through thoughtful, effective leadership.

Originally hailing from California but raised in the vibrant Tampa Bay area, Jessica’s personal connection to her community has always been a driving force in her work. She understands the unique dynamics of the communities she serves, bringing a personalized approach to her advocacy and programs.

Outside of work, Jessica is a fan of binge-watching captivating series, horseback riding, and making magical memories on trips to Disney with her family. Her love for these activities reflects her belief in the importance of balance and joy in life.
