Amanda Gruwell is Vice President of Client Solutions at NXTThing RPO, where she leads

enterprise partnerships focused on building scalable, high-impact talent acquisition strategies.

With over 15 years of experience across recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), workforce

strategy, and talent technology, Amanda has partnered with organizations across manufacturing,

retail, food & beverage, healthcare, and professional services to solve complex hiring

challenges.

Throughout her career, Amanda has been recognized for her relationship-driven, consultative

approach, combining data, technology, and human insight to help organizations grow

sustainably while staying true to their culture and values. She is particularly passionate about

mission-driven work, workforce access, and creating opportunity through employment.

Amanda is deeply committed to community involvement and is honored to serve on the Board of

Directors for Friends of the Children – Tampa Bay, supporting the organization’s mission to

empower children facing the greatest obstacles through long-term, relationship-based

mentorship.

She resides in the Trinity, Florida area with her family and is proud to contribute her time,

expertise, and energy to causes that create lasting, generational impact.
