New Cohort of Youth Enrolled from Foster Elementary

Friends of the Children–Tampa Bay welcomed 13 new first graders to the program. Watch the video below as students receive bikes, backpacks and other supplies to prepare them for the school year and welcome them to the long-term mentoring program.
